Inspired by Tia, One Medical, Pillpack, and TeleDoc, our client aimed to revolutionize health experiences by offering doctor connections, health tracking, instant product and prescription recommendations. The platform prioritized consumers and data, aiming to democratize healthcare access and facilitate smooth transitions between providers and specialists.

As a co-design researcher, my responsibilities included conducting interviews, organizing and synthesizing dScout diary missions with HIPAA compliance, and generating insights. I collaborated closely with interaction designers to align our concepts with user preferences.
